You enchant an arrow with cold necrotic power. when you hit someone with a Bloodfreeze Arrow add an additional 2d6 cold and 2d6 necrotic damage and the target must make a constitution saving throw. if the target fails their saving throw they are paralyzed for their next turn ending at the end of their turn, on a save the target is not paralyzed and suffers half the damage. constructs and undead are immune to this spell's effect.
