Bard's Unbalancing Battle-bomb

The Dwarven clan of the Tuuva plateau are masters of battle song, and have developed a means of throat-singing that can disrupt the auras of combatants as they fight, tipping the balance of encounters for a split-second. This can be the difference between victory and defeat, and the song is highly prized by military minds and front-line warriors alike. The secret is closely guarded, however, and is only taught to those deemed worthy of it.

You bless one creature of your choice within range, and simultaneously bane one creature of your choice within range.

Whenever the blessed target makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw.

The target of the bane must make a Charisma saving throw. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.

The spell lasts until the beginning of your next turn. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
