You choose an area of snow or ice that you can see within range and that fits within a 5-foot cube. You manipulate it in one of the following ways:
-
You instantaneously move or otherwise change the shape of the snow or ice up to 5 feet in any direction. This movement doesn't have enough force to cause damage.
-
You shape the substance into a replica of a basic non-magical object such as a pot or dagger, this change replicates the physical capacity of the item only.
-
You cause the snow to whip up into a minor blizzard, creating a 5-foot-radius of obscured space. The effect fades after 1 minute.
-
You melt the ice or snow, provided that it isn't magical. Alternitively you may shift snow into ice, or vice versa.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have no more than two of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
