After spending the casting time carving sigils and runes into the component skull, you touch a willing Huge or smaller beast. The target can not have a challenge rating greater than your proficiency bonus. If the target beast already has a magical bond to another creature (e.g. beastmaster companion), the spell fails. If you attempt to cast this spell on a second beast hile the first is still alive, the spell fails. The target beast replaces its proficiency bonus with yours. It gains a +2 bonus to it's armor class, and its hit point maximum increases by 5 times your proficiency bonus and gains proficiency in any saving throws that you are proficient in. When your proficiency bonus increases, the target creatures increases its statistics accordingly. Additionally, the creatures adds the following features to its stat block.
Loyalty beyond death - If a spell, such as Raise Dead, has the sole effect of restoring the beast to life (but not undeath), you do not need material components to cast the spell on the target beast. Other casters require material components to resurrect the beast.
Divine fury - The beast's melee attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances. On the first attack that hits each round, the beast adds an additional 1d6 radiant damage to the attack.
Healing Touch - Three times per day, as an action, the beast can touch one creature and heal them by 5 hit points.
