You can cast this spell using your reaction whenever you or an ally within range makes a ranged weapon attack. When you do so, the weapon begins to glow with green energy, transforming temporarily into a magical longbow. The range for the attack increases to 600 feet, and the attacker does not suffer disadvantage as a result of distance. In addition, if the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d4 piercing damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the range of the attack increases by 50 feet and the additional damage increases by 1d4 for every slot level above 1st.
