You can only cast this spell when near a significant body of water. You move and lift up a wall of water onto a surface within range. You can place the wall of water onto land, as long as it is within range of both you and the body of water. You can make the wall up to 60 feet long, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick, or a ringed wall up to 20 feet in diameter, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick. The wall is opaque and lasts for the duration.

The wall of water absorbs and dispels any fire attacks that make contact with it, for example a Fireball spell will hit the wall and evaporate.

If a creature wants to move through the wall, it must succeed a DC 19 Strength check. On a failed throw, a creature takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage and is pushed out the way they came.
