Weaving lengths of silver wire around the dominant wrist of up to 8 willing creatures who are within 5 feet, the caster strikes the ground with the web of silver above a prepared arcane sigil, binding each targeted creature to an extra-dimensional space.
Upon completion of the spell the silver wire fades, leaving a shining silver copy of the arcane sigil emblazoned on the palm of the target. So long as that sigil remains, the target is able to bind any amount of weaponry (with which they are proficient) to themselves by spending a Short Rest focused on only that item while being in physical contact with it, and store it in the extra-dimensional space. This focus can take the form of weapon practice, meditation, or some other appropriate activity. Only one weapon can be bonded in this fashion per short rest.
As an action, the target can summon one weapon stored in this fashion to their hands. The weapon disappears if it is more than 5 feet away from the target for 1 minute or more. It also disappears if this feature is used again, if the target dismisses the weapon (no action required), or if the caster or target die. Antimagic fields suppress the ability to summon, but do not break the conjuration. If the conjuration is dispelled or ended, weapons stored in this way appear on the ground next to the person to whom they are bound.
The spell ends when the caster chooses to end the effect, the caster's sigil is dispelled, or the caster dies.
