lvl 9 - it takes tree turns to cast, if attacked or distracted during the three turns the spell is canceled. spell lasts until the spell/weapon is broken or dispelled. spell adds 2d8+4 lightning melee damage.

lvl 15 - all lvl 9 effects plus one extra enemy target to attack.
