In a 15ft area, up to a number of six allies receive a magical freshly-made pie. The taste adjusts to the target. Each pie heals 1d12.

The caster chooses up to six targets to give a pie to. Then the targets each individually roll a 1d10 to decide the outcome of the results. An odd number gives you the negative effects, the even numbers give you a positive effect. The target then rolls a 1d4 to decide the outcome of the results.
