You summon a Cackler (GGR, page 195) to an unoccupied space within range. The cackler is under your control for the duration and you can use a bonus action to issue a command. The Cackler takes it's turn immediately after yours, if given no command they will protect them selves.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you increase the range by 5 feet and summon one additional Cackler.
