Piercing

The caster summons a swarm of birds local to the area: pigeons for the city, crows for a graveyard, etc. The flock is unkillable and intangible to attacks from either side, after 4 rounds, player by player, the flock will flee into the air, void of the recent memory of the attack. When casting onto a target, the flock will inflict a 1D4 piercing per round. The poor soul attacked by this attack must make an INT save equal to the user's if a save is successful, they will take no damage and instead lose their turn sweeping away the birds. However, on a failed to save, they will take a 1D4 piercing for 4 rounds, and they can try to make a save each round.

If no birds can be found, the spell will not work, and they can instead use a bonus action or use their movement to flee. To avoid this mistake, use a perception check to look for birds unless they were spotted sooner. There is no set check as each playing area will differ the difficulty of the check. Example: Less likely chance to use the spell if underwater or in an underground area, but it doesn't hurt to check.
