Beacon of Fate

You summon a shard of the Luxon Beacons affecting the fate of all nearby creatures.  You may move it as a bonus action and it may affect a number of creatures equal to casting modifier.  Any creature within 60 ft of the spell may be affected.  You can use your reaction impose disadvantage on a saving throw, attack, or ability check.  Allies and yourself whom you designate can use their reaction to grant themselves advantage on ; an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
