Consumable Whisper

You whisper a short message of twenty-five words or less to any kind of edible, non-liquid substance that is within your reach. Any creature that subsequently consumes a portion of the edible substance telepathically receives the message whispered into their minds.

Additionally, if the edible substance is destroyed on a surface like a wall or table, the message will now appear on that surface like ethereal writing that will remain there until it is read.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 3rd or 4th level spell slot, the number of edible items you can grant a whispered message to is increased by 1 for every spell slot used above 2nd.
