Chekov's focus

During the casting of this spell, make a note of your surroundings and every item or piece of information relating to a specific problem or situation.

For the duration, you can spend an action to focus on an object or piece of knowledge, if it is relevant to the problem or situation a magical note will appear on the paper. The magical writing last for 24 hours.

This spell can't note an object if any thickness of lead, even a thin sheet, blocks a direct path between you and the object. Spell effects that block scrying also block Chekov's focus.
