Whisper of the Winds (Druid Sending)

You write a short message of twenty-five words or less on the leaf. Blow on the leaf while focusing on a creature with which you are familiar. The leaf will degenerate as it flows away with the wind. 

The creature feels a cool breeze around its head, and hears the message on the wind. The target recognizes you as the sender if it knows you, and can respond by speaking aloud into the wind swirling around their head. The spell enables creatures with Intelligence scores of at least 1 to understand the meaning of your message.

You can send the message across any distance but it must be on the same plane. There is a 10% fail chance on any message sent to a target greater than 100 miles away.
