The user creates a being that is size Tiny, Medium, or Large. The caster must choose its statistics, using this point array: 14, 13, 12, 10, 10, 8.
The creature can speak 1 language the caster knows, and can also choose what movement speed it has; the creature has a base movement speed of that type equal to 20. It gains resistance to 1 damage type and vulnerability to 1 damage type. It has HP equal to your caster level + the spell slots level + 2 for each size category larger than tiny.
It gains 1 action, which you can discuss with your DM, along with 1 feature from a creature with CR equal to half the spell slot or lower. The appearence of the creature is up to you and the DM, but it is particularly what the caster imagines.
