Arclight Messenger

You create a tiny elemental bird made out of harmless lightning energy that records up to 20 of your spoken words. The bird then travels at lightning speed to a creature with which you are familiar. As it arrives at its target destination, it bursts in a crackling of harmless Arclight. The recipient can answer in a like manner immediately, after which the bird reforms and travels back to you immediately. The spell requires the recipient to understand the language you used. Upon receiving your messenger, the recipient becomes familiar with you for the sake of casting spells.

You can send the message across any distance, but only if the target is on the same plane as you.
