Arclight Signal

A burst of undetectable Arclight shock waves are sent out from you. Each Arclight Generator or similar device in a 3 mile radius originating from you receives a signal of the type of your choosing. Recipients of the signal gain your exact coordinates, and will become familiar with you for the sake of casting spells. You know whether your Arclight Signal has reached a recipient or not, but you do not know any specifics on the recipient unless specified.

Distress signal: The signal requests assistance as if loss of life or catastrophic loss of property is imminent.
Probe signal: The signal probes for nearby recipients, giving you their coordinates.
Warning signal: The signal warns any recipient of immediate danger at your location.
