the caster of this spell can  bring the target closer , bind the enemy in magic hooks that causes all fire and ice damage spells to do 5 less damage. 

This spell can also link 5 creatures within 15 foot radius with a chain that can't be melted by fire or frozen by ice. Each person linked by this chain must take a d 10 of damage.This version of the spell can only be dispelled if the first victim rolls a successful strength saving throw , if the caster dispels it or if every who is affected by the chain roles successful strength saving throw..
