Through extensive research in the field of magic, you are able to effect the formula of the spells you cast. When casting a spell, you may cast this spell as well to alter its effects. You are required to cast this spell using a spell slot of the same level as the one of the spell you are targeting. For example, a Fireball cast at 3rd level would use a Boost Magic cast at 3rd level.
Target spell is cast at one spell level higher then normal. For example, if you used Boost Magic on a second level Magic Missile, you would effectively use two 2nd level spell slots, one for Magic Missile and one for Boost Magic, and your Magic Missile would be considered a 3rd level casting, without using a 3rd level slot.
