Blinding Starlight

A flash of bright starlight originates from you. Each hostile creature within 15 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d8 radiant damage and be blinded until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn’t blinded.

 At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher the damage increases by 1d8 for each level above 3rd.
