Arclight

A beam of glowing energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 2d10 radiant radiant damage. On a critical success, the target is blinded until the caster's next turn. 

At higher levels, more beams can be shot with this spell. One additional beam is shot per 2 spell levels. (Cast at level 4 for two beams, 6th level for 3 beams, 8th level for 4 beams)

Additionally, if the target is already blinded, the beam of light deals 4d10 radiant instead.
