Utilizing ancient magic long forgotten except by powerful beings outside of this realms comprehension, the caster is able to create a magic contract that utilizes a unique connection to the weave in order to carry out its duty. In order for a contract to be successful the signing party must consent to what the magic contract's duty is as the contract will give off an obvious mana showing that it is no normal paper.
A 'Contact of Fate' can do things as simple as granting the signing party X amount of mana from the individual who made the contract, to setting cause and effect clauses, i.e. should the signer preform X, Y will happen.
In order for a contract to be signed the contract MUST receive adequate mana from either party of the contract in order to fulfill its duty.
If the contract fulfills its primary purpose or is broken and activates its broken contract clauses, the contract will disappear along with any lingering effects should their be any.
At higher levels:
For each level of this spell the creator of the 'Contract of Fate' can imbue more meaning into the contract, adding more and more detail to it. Each level added also adds an extra hour to the casting/preparation time required for the contract.
