Drawing out the moisture from your surroundings, you gather and then expel a powerful stream of water at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage and (If the target is a medium creature or smaller) they must then succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
However, if the caster is standing within 30 feet of a large body of water, this spell’s damage die becomes a d10 and large creatures and smaller must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Additionally, in areas with little moisture such as a desert, this spell will fail. If the target of this spell was previously on fire, the fire is put out.
This spell’s damage increases by 1d8/1d10 when you reach 5th level (2d8/2d10), 11th level (3d8/3d10), and 17th level (4d8/4d10).
