Verdand’s Versatile Mana

You magically tap into a well of mana used in casting any spell. The next 1st or 2nd level spell you cast in the next minute can be from any class’s spell list. Then this spell ends and the material component is consumed.

At higher levels: When casting this spell at 4th level or higher, you can borrow spells with a level equal to one less than the spell level you cast this spell at. But you may not borrow spells higher than 5th level, because they are too powerful to produce by means of this spell.
