Verbalize

You touch a piece of text on a surface(stone tablet, wall carving, parchment scroll, book paper) and magically produce a voice that reads the text aloud with a possible maximum of 200 words per minute (10 X your Intelligence Score). The user determines the qualities of the voice, including its volume, however the user must be able to understand the language(s) in order to use the spell with a passage of text. If a part of a text is either unable to be understood by the reader either due to not knowing the language or it being in a code the spell stops.
