Bands of Sirellyn

A spell almost forgotten to time. Recovered from an ancient tomb, the legacy of the mysterious Sirellyn lives on in this dweomer.
You conjure three shining metal bands to encircle and capture a Large or smaller target of your choice within range.

The target must make a Dexterity saving throw or be incapacitated until the spell ends. The target may make a Strength saving throw equal to your spell save DC at the end of each of its turns to attempt to break free.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using certain higher-level spell slots, you choose one additional target for every 2 spell slots above 5th: two targets when using a 7th-level slot and three targets when using a 9th-level slot.
