Weather illusions

You are able to summon an illusion of different weather types, like rainstorms or lightning. You can feel wind and other aspects of the storm, but are unable to be hurt of affected except for not being able to see through the storm. The enemy will not know if the storm is real unless they are able to make a wisdom check of your spell save. If they fail, they will believe the storm is real and try to take cover from the storm. When the duration  ends, the storm passes.
