You curl your upper body inward and then with explosive power, throw your hands out to either side. Ice shards the size of small daggers shoot forth in 360 degrees from your waist. Any creature within a 30ft radius from you that is not in full cover must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 1d6*1d4 cold damage. (The 1d6 determines how many shards the creature was hit with, the 1d4 is the damage per shard). On a successful save, halve the number of shards to a minimum of 1.

At Higher Levels. Add 1d6 number of shards a target is hit with for each spell slot above 2nd.
