• You may trim, style, and shape any hair in the vicinity.
• You may grow and reduce any hair within range, from bald to excessively shaggy.
• You may color hair to any natural and unnatural color.
• You may control any one creature’s hair to fall into its eyes until the beginning of its next turn. The creature is blinded during this period until it adjusts its hair.

Three of these effects can be active at the same time. Creatures not capable of growing hair cannot be affected by this spell.
