You squeeze a lump of coal into dust, mixing it with the blood of a demonic creature as you move your hand in a circular motion and paint an eye on the wall.
Engulf:
The shadow of a creature of your choice, that you can see, comes alive and engulfs the creature in shadow. The creature must make a dexterity saving throw. On a save, the shadow fails to restrain. On a failure, the shadow swarms around the creature and the creature is considered restrained. When a creature ends its turn in the shadow, it takes 4d6 narcotic damage.
Control Swarm:
The shadow has 4d10 + spellcaster ability HP and an AC of 11. The shadow acts on your initiative and has 40 ft. of movement. Moving the creature is a free action. As a bonus action you can attempt to engulf another creature. If concentration is lost, or the shadow swarm’s hp drops to 0, the spell is ended.
Damage Transfer:
If the shadow swarm is restraining a creature, it takes half the damage, and the restrained creature takes the other half.
Antimagic Susceptibility:
The swarm is Incapacitated while in the area of an Antimagic Field. If targeted by Dispel Magic, the swarm must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or fall to 0 hp and the spell ends.
