Bollo's Static Charge

While active, you are resistant to lightning damage and as a bonus action each turn you can teleport up to 15 feet and deal 1d8 lightning damage to each creature you move through.

you radiate a dim light of up to 5 feet and static begins to lick off of your body in random areas from time to time. The static is safe to touch, but is still not pleasant for most though.

Bollo- i look up at the ceiling pretending it is a stormy sky, then i look down and remember that i am surrounded and that the goblins were, in fact, not using metal weapons.
