When danger draws near, the bitter winds of the north send warmbloods back to whence they came. 

When cast, you send out a bitter cold to target every creature within a 5 foot radius of you. Each creature must make a Strength saving throw equal to your spell save DC or be pushed 5 feet back directly away from you and take 1d4 cold damage. 

At Higher Levels. The damage done increases by a die at 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
