Blinding Flare

You enchant an arrow or bolt you can see within range. The projectile erupts in a burst of light when it strikes a solid object or at the height of its arc (your choice). Anyone within 30 feet of this eruption who can see it must make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded. A blinded creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns; a successful save ends the blindness.
