This spell takes 10 days of concentration for each mile of radius(1 mile is 10 days, 5 miles is 50 days). The caster must know how long they intend on casting this spell before casting and have sufficient provisions to survive the duration, on their person. This spell once cast, renders the caster fully immobile and blind. Any wooden structures or those that are unstable must make a saving throw of 13 or collapse. At the end of the spells duration the caster takes a level of exhaustion for each 10 days they cast the spell.

If the same caster casts the spell again the previous casting is dispelled. This spell requires a replacement of the clay model with a 1000 gold diamond affixed beneath the model each year. this can only be replaced by the original caster.

To cast this spell the gems must be evenly dispersed around the area in a web-like pattern. The model must be placed in the center of the ritual circle with each of the Roc feathers at each of the 8 main cardinal directions.  The spell has five stages, each takes 1/5 of the duration to happen. Once the first two stages are finished the material components other than the clay model are consumed and the caster is locked into completing the spell, unless dispel magic is cast upon them.

As the spell is cast light snakes from the ritual circle to each of the Roc feathers, slowly making its way to each gem, forming a web of magical light over the area. During the second stage the magical light snakes its way into the sky, forming a magical dome over the area. Once this dome is completed the gems disappear and the dome becomes nearly imperceptible. The dome dispels any unauthorized magic cast directly on a creature that passes through it, it has an AC of 25 and 10,000 hit points. During the third stage the caster rises into the air and the models size changes to a six foot diameter scale model of the enchanted area in perfect detail. A 300 ft tall, 75 ft diameter stone tower rises around the caster, ending in an open dome looking over the enchanted area. The scale model shows any magic cast above 7th level in the area to an accuracy of 300 ft. The tower is unfurnished but designed to the casters wishes. The fourth stage begins with a large crack running around the circumference of the area, as it slowly rises into the air, reaching a final height equal to the diameter of the floating island. The fifth stage reinforces the structure of the island making it immune to non-magical damage, and resistant to magic with an AC of 35 and 50,000 hit points. It also enchants it with control weather, allowing the caster to allow in the weather of the casters choosing, then enchanting the model of the island so that it can control the floating islands movement, giving it a movement speed of 5 miles/day.

The caster becomes the Controller of the island and can allow people to use magic across the barrier if they wish, they can also create a key (1 hour concentration per key) of their own design to allow specific people to use magic across the barrier and to control different amounts of the islands powers. These keys may only be used by the first person to touch it other than the Controller. The magic can be dispelled at the model at the top of the tower and if done so all enchantments on the island will fail causing it to fall from the sky. If the Controller wishes they may return the island to its original spot, it may not change altitude otherwise.
