Conveyance of Wills

You target a willing creature that you can see within range, as a shared mystical channel appears in an streak of pulsing orange energy between you and your chosen target. When either of you takes any damage, the total amount is split between the two, forcing you to make a Concentration check to maintain the spell. As well, when one receives any healing, the other restores half that amount.

The spell ends when any of the two linked creatures is further than 30 feet from the other, when you fail a Concentration check or when one of you is affected by a dispel magic enchantment or magic of similar effects. You may also end the effect at-will.
