vines

A tangle of green vines extends from the Illuminatus. You can choose a creature, and before the vines reach this creature, it must make an intelligence saving throw with your spell save DC. On a failed saving throw, the creature is wrapped in vines and takes 1d6 psychic damage. It is immobilized for it's next turn, but then the vines unravel and sink into the ground. On a successful save, it does not take any damage, but is still contained in the vines. The creature can make a strength check to try and break out of the vines. If it does this successfully, it breaks out of the vines and takes it's turn normally.
