Blessing of Eilistraee (Moonfire)

Focusing on the blessing granted you by Eilistraee, you create a flickering stream of moonlight within range for 1d6 minutes in a color you choose: blue-white, soft green, white, or silver. It moves around the caster in a form that the Dark Lady chooses (roll for effect on table). Whichever form it takes, it sheds dim light in a 10-foot radius. 

The chosen of Eilistraee generally used Moonfire as a light source for reading, to see in the dark, or as a signal for communication.

Moonfire and Darkness negate each other.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can attempt to move the beam up to 40 feet at a new spot within range. There is a 50% chance that this will cause the spell to fail. The chance of failure lessens with experience.
