Blinding Light

With a snap of a finger you create a flash of searing white light, creatures within a 30ft radius must make a constitution saving throw. Upon failure the targets are blinded, on success nothing happens.

When a creature is blinded they remain this way until a successful save, which they may make at the end of each of they're turns.

At Higher Levels:

For each level this is cast above 2nd level the radius of the spell increases by 5ft.
