Weight of Sin

You invoke the power of your devotion to punish nonbelievers with the weight of their sins. A 15-foot radius 100 foot tall cylinder centered within range experiences an intense gravitational pull.

When a creature enters this area for the first time on their turn, or starts their turn there, they must make a Strength Saving Throw or be knocked prone and they have their movement speed reduced to zero. Creatures with a fly(hover) speed are instantly grounded, rather than knocked prone. On a successful saving throw, their movement speed is instead reduced by half while within the cylinder. Creatures may attempt the saving throw again at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success.

Clerics or Paladins of your god are unaffected by this spell.
