Blizzard Blast

You blast forth a localized blizzard from you in a 15 foot cone. Any creatures caught in it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the targets suffer 2d10 cold damage and their movement is halved for 1 minute or take half damage and their movement is not halved. A creature affected by this spell can remake their saving throw at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 2nd.
