Cherry blossom

The creature touches the ground in front of them and grows a perfectly mature Cherry blossom tree. Its beautiful pink flowers and shape are captivating. This tree grabs the target that is closely to the person casting this within 5 ft line. The creature is then restrained for a round caught in the tree (unless they are a fire element or have fire magic). Creatures must succeed a DC dex saving throw or be caught by spell. This tree lasts 100 days in existence  unless the creature dispels it or it becomes a permanent Cherry blossom tree in the spot.
