Atomic ball

You form a transparent orb filled with a levitating green essence. When thrown and shattered upon impact a huge mushroom cloud explodes and a green fire ball radius appears, destroying all within it. All creatures within a 60 foot diameter must succeed on a DC 22 constitution saving throw or take 5d12 force and be pushed back 30 feet, any creatures within 10 feet of the orb take an additional 5d10 fire damage. If the creature succeeds on the constitution throw they take half as much damage and are pushed half the distance.
