Blade Barrage

You emit from your self, in a 30 ft cone, a storm of red hot blades that slice and burn your foes. Each creature within the cone must make a DEX saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 slashing damage and 3d8 fire damage, or half as much on a success. Afterwords, roll 1d4. Each creature who failed their saving throw takes 1d8 Fire damage each turn, up to the number of turns rolled.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a Spell Slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th.
