By casting this spell, you infuse magical energy into your component of choice, allowing it to provide arcane support to nearby allies. A glowing orb fixes itself midair at a point within range. Up to three friendly creatures of your choice within a 20 foot sphere of the orb gain the following effects:
- The creature can cast one cantrip from your spell list, as an action. This can only be done once per creature, for the duration of the spell. The cantrip is cast uing your spell attack bonus and spell save DC, and cannot be affected by external buffs and abilities, such as a sorcerer's Metamagic feature.
- The creature's weapon attacks become magical, for the purposes of overcoming resistance to nonmagical effects.
- A creature with the ability to cast ritual spells can do so, with solely an additional minute, as an alternative to an additional ten.
- All of a creature's leveled spells are treated as though they have been cast as one level higher, if applicable. This scaling cannot be used with spells of fifth level or above.
A Source Of Magic lasts until it's duration expires, the spell is dispelled by you as a bonus action, or the orb is destroyed. The orb has 20 hit points, and an armor class equal to your spell save DC. If multiple Source Of Magics are cast with overlapping areas of effect, the casting of the new spell fails, without wasting the material component.
