Water Volley

You shoot a bolt of tightly compressed water at a creature or object that you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 8d8 bludgeoning damage and becomes soaked. If the target is a creature, it must also make a strength saving throw. On a failure, it is pushed 15 feet and knocked prone.
