You transform yourself into a crackling bolt of lightning and strike an unoccupied location you can see within range, teleporting to the location as you revert to your physical form.

Each creature within 5 feet of your origin and destination must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 8d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
