You shoot a dart of questionable medicine at a creature within range, filling it with powerful (if fleeting) energy to give them one last chance.

Choose a creature that you can see within range that has dropped to 0 hit points. They gain 1 hit point, this hit point is removed when the spell ends. In addition, until the start of the creatures' next turn it gains 10 temporary hit points, its' speed increases by 10 feet and it may move its' speed as a reaction without provoking opportunity attacks.

When the spell ends, the target can't move or use reactions and may only use an action or a bonus action, not both, until after its next turn, because damn dude just give me a second.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, both the temporary hit points and speed bonus increase by 5 for each slot level above 1st.
