Assault of the storm

You create three tornado's and they quickly approach the target you wish. They can go after one target or several.

Make a ranged spell attack for each ray. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 bludgeoning damage and moving a target 5 feet in any direction. They hit one after the other so the player can decide where the targets move after each hit.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you create one additional tornado for each slot level above 2nd.
