Certain Strike

Choose a creature within range. With a quick movement of your hand you create an invisible strike of force. The strike deals 2d8 force damage. The damage increases by 1d8 if you've hit the target with an attack this turn or if the target is not aware of your presence.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
